{"id":3032,"date":"2022-01-18T04:40:45","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T04:40:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/?p=3032"},"modified":"2022-01-18T04:41:02","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T04:41:02","slug":"costos-logisticos-2021-mostro-segundo-impacto-mas-alto-los-ultimos-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/costos-logisticos-2021-mostro-segundo-impacto-mas-alto-los-ultimos-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"COSTOS LOG\u00cdSTICOS: 2021 MOSTR\u00d3 EL SEGUNDO IMPACTO M\u00c1S ALTO DE LOS \u00daLTIMOS A\u00d1OS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u00cdndice Nacional de Costos Log\u00edsticos UTN \/ CEDOL \u2013 A\u00f1o 2021.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional (UTN) a trav\u00e9s de su Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Transporte, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial (C3T), dio a conocer la evoluci\u00f3n del <b>\u00cdndice de Costos Log\u00edsticos Nacionales<\/b> elaborado para la<b> C\u00e1mara Empresaria de Operadores Log\u00edsticos (<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>CEDOL<\/b><\/span><\/a><b>)<\/b>, correspondiente al acumulado anual de 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Las variaciones registradas a lo largo del a\u00f1o en las componentes de las polin\u00f3micas de costos del \u00edndice CEDOL han estado en porcentajes muy semejantes entre unos y otros y casi todos llegando al 50% de aumento en su evoluci\u00f3n de las matrices.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">De esta manera, el a\u00f1o 2021 cierra con el segundo mayor incremento de costos desde el a\u00f1o 2010 (ver gr\u00e1fico), tanto para el \u00edndice CEDOL con transporte como sin transporte, s\u00f3lo superado por los incrementos registrados en <b>el 2018 para el primero y en el 2019 para el segundo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cEste 2021 ha tenido mucha incidencia de costos del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo 40-89, de los costos de mano de obra de la seguridad, del valor del combustible, a pesar de que en los \u00faltimos meses del a\u00f1o el mismo no ha subido y de una serie de costos que est\u00e1n vinculados al tipo de cambio comercial. Por ejemplo, los neum\u00e1ticos han tenido subas del m\u00e1s del 100 % a pesar de haber subido significativamente en a\u00f1os anteriores\u201d, concluyen desde CEDOL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Indicador: A\u00f1o 2021<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte 48.81 %<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte 47,89 %<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Distribuci\u00f3n Urbana Con Acompa\u00f1ante 48,41 %<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Distribuci\u00f3n Urbana Sin Acompa\u00f1ante 47,53 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cSi adicionamos a los mismos el comportamiento de la polin\u00f3mica de FADEEAC para el 2021, cuyo resultado fue del 48,91%, veremos que todos los indicadores se han comportado de la misma manera aun ante configuraciones distintas. Vale la pena mencionar que todas estas polin\u00f3micas est\u00e1n compuestas por los costos directos visibles y medibles de las operaciones y que en las mismas no se reflejan ning\u00fan costo oculto o no medible\u201d, se\u00f1alan desde el departamento t\u00e9cnico de CEDOL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Los costos que s\u00ed se toman en las polin\u00f3micas, son componentes que no son controlados ni por los operadores ni por los generadores de carga pero tienen la caracter\u00edstica de ser costos bien documentados y de difusi\u00f3n p\u00fablica tales como los costos de mano de obra del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo 40-89; los costos de los combustibles que tanto inciden en el denominado transporte de larga distancia; los costos de la seguridad contratada que tiene su propio r\u00e9gimen laboral; los costos de los alquileres donde se almacena las mercader\u00edas y los costos del equipamiento y los veh\u00edculos, as\u00ed como los materiales para la protecci\u00f3n de la mercader\u00eda todos ellos importantes en la operaci\u00f3n misma.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cdndice Nacional de Costos Log\u00edsticos UTN \/ CEDOL \u2013 A\u00f1o 2021.
