{"id":2537,"date":"2020-04-08T15:41:30","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T15:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/?p=2537"},"modified":"2020-04-08T15:41:30","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T15:41:30","slug":"indice-utn-cedol-marzo-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/indice-utn-cedol-marzo-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00cdndice UTN \/ CEDOL \u2013 Marzo 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>COSTOS LOG\u00cdSTICOS: LA PANDEMIA PROFUNDIZA LA CRISIS DEL SECTOR<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Buenos Aires, 08 de abril de 2020.-\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">La<b>\u00a0Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional<\/b>\u00a0<b>(UTN)<\/b>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de su Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Transporte, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial (C3T), dio a conocer la evoluci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Costos Log\u00edsticos Nacionales elaborado para la<b>\u00a0C\u00e1mara Empresaria de Operadores Log\u00edsticos (CEDOL)<\/b>, correspondiente a\u00a0<b>marzo\u00a0<\/b>del 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">La\u00a0<b>variaci\u00f3n del mes<\/b>\u00a0para los indicadores ha sido la siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\u00a02,10%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 3,43%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 1,05%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Sin Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 1,49%<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">En consecuencia, los valores\u00a0<b>acumulados durante los primeros 3 meses del a\u00f1o<\/b>, muestran los siguientes incrementos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 8,48%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..12,01%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;10,62%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Sin Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..10,13%<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Para el c\u00e1lculo de los indicadores de marzo se tom\u00f3 en cuenta, de manera proporcional a los d\u00edas trabajados, la provisi\u00f3n de elementos de higiene personal listados por autoridades y sindicato para la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios en condiciones de seguridad sanitaria para enfrentar la pandemia por Covid19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Cabe aclarar que si bien la crisis por Coronavirus no afecta de la misma forma a las empresas de la C\u00e1mara, la situaci\u00f3n de cuarentena y restricci\u00f3n de circulaci\u00f3n para ciertos sectores productivos redujo dr\u00e1sticamente los ingresos de las compa\u00f1\u00edas, mientras que los costos fijos se mantuvieron inalterables<\/b>. Por ejemplo, a fines de marzo, 47% de los trabajadores de convenio se encuentran bajo el r\u00e9gimen de licencia paga, sin trabajar. El 27% de los trabajadores fuera de convenio tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 de licencia con goce de sueldo y, adem\u00e1s, un alto porcentaje de los trabajadores restantes realiza tareas domiciliarias que reducen \u2013adicionalmente- la productividad de las empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Otra consecuencia es que los viajes de larga distancia\u00a0<b>transportan menos cargas y retornan vac\u00edos<\/b>, generando mayor costo ocioso. En las calles y rutas\u00a0<b>circula la mitad de veh\u00edculos de carga<\/b>, el resto est\u00e1n detenidos en los centros de distribuci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Por otro lado,\u00a0<b>el mayor movimiento de inventarios y de transporte se realiza en las grandes empresas<\/b>, las cuales de momento no recibieron colaboraci\u00f3n del Estado para paliar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Asimismo,\u00a0<b>se observan estiramientos en los plazos de pago<\/b>\u00a0<b>que originan tasas de inter\u00e9s del capital de trabajo que antes no exist\u00edan<\/b>. Estos costos tampoco se contemplaron en la medici\u00f3n del \u00cdndice ya que nunca fueron parte del mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>En definitiva, la extensi\u00f3n de esta situaci\u00f3n a lo largo del tiempo colocar\u00e1 al sector log\u00edstico en una situaci\u00f3n todav\u00eda m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">El objetivo de estos indicadores es reflejar mensualmente las variaciones de todos los costos log\u00edsticos, a excepci\u00f3n -precisamente- de las improductividades que suelen generarse por causas externas a los operadores log\u00edsticos.
