{"id":2430,"date":"2019-11-10T19:47:21","date_gmt":"2019-11-10T19:47:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/?p=2430"},"modified":"2019-11-10T19:47:49","modified_gmt":"2019-11-10T19:47:49","slug":"alta-inflacion-costos-reduccion-volumenes-perdidas-ociosidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/alta-inflacion-costos-reduccion-volumenes-perdidas-ociosidad\/","title":{"rendered":"ALTA INFLACI\u00d3N DE COSTOS, REDUCCI\u00d3N DE VOL\u00daMENES Y P\u00c9RDIDAS POR OCIOSIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>\u00cdndice UTN \/ CEDOL &#8211; Octubre 2019<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La<\/span><b>\u00a0Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>(UTN)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de su Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Transporte, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial (C3T), dio a conocer la evoluci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Costos Log\u00edsticos Nacionales elaborado para la<\/span><b>\u00a0C\u00e1mara Empresaria de Operadores Log\u00edsticos (CEDOL)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, correspondiente al mes de<\/span><b>\u00a0octubre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La\u00a0<\/span><b>variaci\u00f3n del mes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0para los indicadores ha sido la siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; \u00a0\u00a03,92%<br \/>\n<\/b><b>CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. \u00a0 9,76%<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; \u00a0 7,66%<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Sin Acompa\u00f1ante &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; \u00a0\u00a06,16%<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos indicadores muestran, sobre todo, los incrementos en los costos de mano de obra y las modificaciones en el tipo de cambio, registrados en el mes. De ah\u00ed, precisamente, la gran diferencia entre los costos \u201cCon Transporte\u201d y \u201cSin Transporte\u201d, en donde m\u00e1s influyen esos indicadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien en octubre no existi\u00f3 variaci\u00f3n en el valor de los combustibles, el incremento registrado desde el 1\u00b0 de noviembre ya est\u00e1 afectando las operaciones, aunque su impacto se registrar\u00e1 reci\u00e9n en la pr\u00f3xima medici\u00f3n de costos UTN-CEDOL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras tanto, las operaciones contin\u00faan en un contexto de alta inflaci\u00f3n de costos y de fuerte reducci\u00f3n de vol\u00famenes, lo cual genera mayor incertidumbre. Esta situaci\u00f3n se ve agravada por la ca\u00edda del uso de los recursos y, en consecuencia, p\u00e9rdidas adicionales por ociosidad. Un cuadro que se vio durante la mayor parte del 2019 y del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En consecuencia, los primeros\u00a0<\/span><b>10 meses de 2019<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0muestran los siguientes valores acumulados:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 39,70%<br \/>\n<\/b><b>CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 43,96%<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 41,39%<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Sin Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 42,40%<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, cabe remarcar que si se consideraran los \u00faltimos 12 meses, todos los indicadores mostrar\u00edan incrementos que rondar\u00edan entre 56%\u00a0 y 59%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, hay que mencionar el costo de las tasas de inter\u00e9s para financiar capital de trabajo e inversiones necesarias, as\u00ed como los altos costos impositivos (nacionales, provinciales y municipales) que, sin dudas, son valores complejos para trasladar a las mediciones pero que impactan en los resultados y en los precios de la log\u00edstica y el transporte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo de estos indicadores es reflejar mensualmente las variaciones de todos los costos log\u00edsticos, a excepci\u00f3n de las improductividades que suelen generarse por causas externas a los operadores log\u00edsticos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cdndice UTN \/ CEDOL &#8211;
