{"id":2406,"date":"2019-10-11T03:40:54","date_gmt":"2019-10-11T03:40:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/?p=2406"},"modified":"2019-10-11T03:40:54","modified_gmt":"2019-10-11T03:40:54","slug":"indice-utn-cedol-septiembre-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/indice-utn-cedol-septiembre-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00cdndice UTN \/ CEDOL &#8211; Septiembre 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Costos Log\u00edsticos: Medidas intempestivas y regulaciones parciales, distorsionan los indicadores<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Buenos Aires, 10 de octubre de 2019.-\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">La<b>\u00a0Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional<\/b>\u00a0<b>(UTN)<\/b>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de su Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Transporte, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial (C3T), dio a conocer la evoluci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Costos Log\u00edsticos Nacionales elaborado para la<b>\u00a0C\u00e1mara Empresaria de Operadores Log\u00edsticos (CEDOL)<\/b>, correspondiente al mes de<b>\u00a0Septiembre<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">La\u00a0<b>variaci\u00f3n del mes<\/b>\u00a0para los indicadores ha sido la siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. \u00a0\u00a03,72%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. \u00a0 0,46%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\u00a0 2,42%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Sin Acompa\u00f1ante &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. \u00a03,40%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00cdndice de FADEEAC&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; \u00a04,30%<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s2\">Las\u00a0<b>\u00faltimas medidas econ\u00f3micas<\/b>\u00a0y una\u00a0<b>leve ca\u00edda del tipo de cambio<\/b>, hicieron que las variaciones de costos log\u00edsticos del mes tuvieran un comportamiento de relativa calma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s2\">En consecuencia, los primeros\u00a0<b>9 meses de 2019<\/b>\u00a0muestran los siguientes valores acumulados:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Con Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 34,43%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>CEDOL Sin Costos de Transporte&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 31,15%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 31,32%<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Distribuci\u00f3n Sin Acompa\u00f1ante&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 34,14%<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00cdndice de FADEEAC&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 35,04%<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">La incertidumbre domina el mercado con\u00a0medidas econ\u00f3micas intempestivas, regulaciones parciales y freno manual de precios. Esta situaci\u00f3n, junto a datos del INDEC (IPC 4%, IPIM 11,2%), provoca\u00a0mayores distorsiones en los indicadores de costos log\u00edsticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">A su vez, las variaciones generan confusi\u00f3n entre lo que sucede a diario y las mediciones. Resulta innegable que, d\u00eda a d\u00eda,<b>\u00a0los incrementos en los costos de servicios b\u00e1sicos\u00a0<\/b>derivan en cambios de h\u00e1bitos de consumo que, consecuentemente,<b>\u00a0inciden en la productividad del sector.\u00a0<\/b>Sin olvidar que<b>\u00a0el costo de las tasas de inter\u00e9s y los altos valores impositivos\u00a0<\/b>son factores muy complejos de trasladar a las funciones polin\u00f3micas de costos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Por \u00faltimo, las<b>\u00a0proyecciones para Octubre\u00a0<\/b>por el impacto del<b>\u00a0acuerdo de salarios\u00a0<\/b>con el Sindicato (11,5%),<b>\u00a0<\/b>m\u00e1s el<b>\u00a0bono de $5000\u00a0<\/b>otorgado por el<b>\u00a0Gobierno Nacional<\/b>, provocar\u00edan un<b>\u00a0piso de variaci\u00f3n de costos en torno al 8%<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s2\">El objetivo de estos indicadores es reflejar mensualmente las variaciones de todos los costos log\u00edsticos, a excepci\u00f3n de las improductividades que suelen generarse por causas externas a los operadores log\u00edsticos.
