{"id":2123,"date":"2018-10-04T20:32:49","date_gmt":"2018-10-04T20:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/?p=2123"},"modified":"2018-10-04T20:36:25","modified_gmt":"2018-10-04T20:36:25","slug":"logistica-transporte-estado-critico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/logistica-transporte-estado-critico\/","title":{"rendered":"LOG\u00cdSTICA Y TRANSPORTE EN ESTADO CR\u00cdTICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00cdndice Nacional de Costos Log\u00edsticos UTN\/CEDOL de Septiembre 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las actividades log\u00edstica y de transporte se encuentran en estado cr\u00edtico por los continuos aumentos en tarifas, impuestos y la ca\u00edda de volumen en las operaciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La<strong>\u00a0Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(UTN),<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de su Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Transporte, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial (C3T), dio a conocer la evoluci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Costos Log\u00edsticos Nacionales elaborado para la<strong>\u00a0C\u00e1mara Empresaria de Operadores Log\u00edsticos (CEDOL)<\/strong>, correspondiente al mes de<strong>\u00a0SEPTIEMBRE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el an\u00e1lisis de la variante que incluye el\u00a0<strong>Costo con Transporte<\/strong>, la cifra del mes super\u00f3 la barrera del \u00fanico d\u00edgito, ubic\u00e1ndose en\u00a0<strong>10,48%.\u00a0<\/strong>En tanto que para la modalidad\u00a0<strong>Sin Costo de Transporte<\/strong>, la variaci\u00f3n fue del\u00a0<strong>2,97%.\u00a0<\/strong>Por su parte, los indicadores correspondientes a<strong>\u00a0Costos de Distribuci\u00f3n Con Acompa\u00f1ante\u00a0<\/strong>mostraron un incremento del\u00a0<strong>4,35%<\/strong>; y,\u00a0<strong>Sin Acompa\u00f1ante<\/strong>, del\u00a0<strong>6,26%<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, cabe se\u00f1alar que la medici\u00f3n de costos para transporte que realiza la Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Entidades Empresarias del Autotransporte de Carga (FADEEAC), tuvo como resultado del mes un crecimiento del<strong>\u00a012,71%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta diferenciaci\u00f3n entre los resultados de los distintos indicadores indica claramente que el mayor incremento se debe a los reiterados aumentos en el valor del combustible. El impacto que tienen las subas de tarifas en servicios y otros insumos, pone en evidencia la GRAVEDAD DE LA SITUACI\u00d3N que enfrentan a diario las empresas de log\u00edstica para mantener sus negocios, rentables y competitivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, si se considera que la variaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>combustible<\/strong>\u00a0en los \u00faltimos\u00a0<strong>12 meses\u00a0<\/strong>tuvo un alcance del<strong>\u00a087,62%<\/strong>\u00a0y que las petroleras generan aumentos sistem\u00e1ticos que a\u00fan no alcanzan su tope, es de esperar todav\u00eda un panorama mucho m\u00e1s oscuro y complicado para la actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s, los costos vuelven a ser noticia en nuestro sector, generando una alta complejidad para la sostenibilidad de los negocios, limitando las acciones de inversi\u00f3n y de\u00a0 mejoras tecnolog\u00edcas. Asimismo, cabe se\u00f1alar que\u00a0<strong>el<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>volumen de operaci\u00f3n sigue en CAIDA<\/strong>, con dismunici\u00f3n de jornadas laborales en distintos sectores de la industria, lo que contribuye a generar un clima de operaci\u00f3n y negocios todav\u00eda m\u00e1s complejo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por todo ello, desde CEDOL se enfatiza la necesidad prioritaria de poner en el centro del debate esta dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n para comprender y atacar el problema de fondo. No se puede permitir m\u00e1s que, desde diferentes sectores, desvi\u00e9n la discusi\u00f3n hacia la log\u00edstica como responsable de los aumentos en la canasta de productos, cuando la log\u00edstica no es formadora de precios sino una v\u00edctima m\u00e1s de los aumentos indiscriminados que sufre la sociedad en general;
