As\u00ed, la superficie disponible alcanz\u00f3 un total de 81.524 metros cuadrados, lo que representa una tasa de vacancia de 5,8%, cifra superior a la registrada en el segundo semestre del 2014. Por su parte, al analizar el comportamiento de la demanda, se observa una absorci\u00f3n neta positiva de casi 36.940 metros cuadrados.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Respecto de los precios de alquiler de los CLP, aumentaron un 24% en comparaci\u00f3n con el semestre anterior, con un valor actual de USD 8.30 o ARS 74.8\u00a0 por metro cuadrado.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los Parques Industriales relevados por Colliers, la oferta alcanza un total de 40 lotes y se mantiene sin cambios en <a title=\"\u00cdndice Nacional de Costos Log\u00edsticos \u2013 Diciembre 2014\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/indice-nacional-de-costos-logisticos-diciembre-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\">comparaci\u00f3n al segundo semestre del 2014<\/a>, Los precios se ubican entre los USD 45 y 150, dependiendo de la ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n<p>En el informe de Colliers International tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 un relevamiento de naves industriales fuera de <a title=\"Dep\u00f3sitos premium: un mercado que sigue subofertado\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cedol.org.ar\/logistica\/depositos-premium-un-mercado-que-sigue-subofertado\/\" target=\"_blank\">parques industriales<\/a>. <em>\u201cLas naves industriales dentro de los l\u00edmites de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires son las mejores cotizadas del mercado ubic\u00e1ndose en USD 6,3 por metro cuadrado, lo que representa un aumento del 4,2% con respecto al semestre anterior\u201d<\/em>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Gonzalo Gianola, Director de Industrias de Colliers Internacional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el primer semestre de 2015, con la incorporaci\u00f3n al inventario de Centros Log\u00edsticos Premium (CLP) de 100 mil metros cuadrados, el stock actual abarca [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[9,31,24,19],"class_list":["post-1166","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-material-de-lectura","tag-logistica","tag-operadores-logisticos","tag-servicios-logisticos","tag-supply-chain"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Actualidad del Mercado Inmobiliario Industrial  &#187;
